Coaching for Changing Times' is for those organisations or individuals who are facing restructuring, reorganisation or downsizing in their careers.

Redundancy affects people in many different ways. They may feel like a failure but need to understand that it is the job that is made redundant and not the person. They will feel burdened by their day-to-day responsibilities, uncertain of what the future holds, anxious about financial security and unsure what their next step should be. They also mourn the loss of a lifestyle, work relationships, job security and their daily work routine.

Redundancy / Outplacment Coaching is similar to Career Coaching as I explore possibilities available to the individual, set a plan of what steps to take next and create a strategy on how to get there. I can also address increasing their confidence, improving their self esteem and highlighting what skills they can offer a new employer. Where applicable, I also focus on interview skills and CV writing so they can prepare themselves for re-entering the workplace.
