Reiki Level I Workshop

What to Expect at a Reiki Level 1 Attunement:
Experiencing the attunement to the First Reiki Healing Ray is a beautiful and exciting weekend as you begin to explore energy and sense auras. The focus is on introducing you to reiki and its principles. During this weekend you learn how to heal yourself, family and friends.
You will also gain an understanding into the importance of self treatments, self healing, connection to the 'Divine Source', accepting responsibility for your life and actions which can form part of your continue personal/spiritual development.
Doing Reiki Level 1 is a wonderful beginning to your own inner journey as you begin to feel the energy and learn to trust your own instinct - it is a wonderful day of exploration, learning and fun.
There are no pre-requisites for being attuned to Reiki Level 1.
As part of the weekend you will learn about:
- The history of Reiki
- What reiki is
- The Seven Chakras (what they relate to and corresponding emotions)
- Practice scanning and sensing the chakras
- Be shown and conduct mental and emotional clearances
- Self treatment hand positions
- Hand positions for self treatment and treating others (chair treatments & plinth treatments)
- The Aura - perform scanning, cleansing and protecting
- Learn protection and grounding techniques
- Meditation
- Give and receive a full reiki treatment
At the end of the weekend, you will also:
- Receive your Reiki 1 Certificate;
- Receive your Reiki 1 Manual and
- have continued support from me.
- Three weeks after the attunement weekend, a reiki share will be organised for all students to answer any questions, revise techniques and to give and receive a reiki treatment.

The reiki level 1 course will last two days beginning at 10.00 am each day and finishing no later than 5 pm, breaking for lunch.

Lunch is not included in the price.
N.B. Please contact me to check availability of spaces. A booking deposit will be required of €100.00 to secure a place on all Reiki courses. The deposit is non-refundable where cancelled less than one week before date of course. The course numbers a limited to a maximum of ten people.
