I am dedicated to the idea that we all have the ability within us to create great change and live happier, healthier and successful lives.  As a past drifter in life, I know that it is all too easy to put of things until tomorrow and use all the excuses of the day.  I know what it is like to think that one day you’ll wake up and somehow your life will have sorted itself out without you having to take responsibility for it.  I had no direction, no focus and was allergic to making a decision.

I will use my own unique skills to take you on a journey of self-discovery where you can make positive changes in your life through gaining a true understanding of yourself.  I will support you by facilitating you to identify and understand your challenges, discover other possibilities and solutions and to use your resources to come into alignment with your dream of improving the quality of your life.   I will assist you to tap into your own reserve of determination, belief and commitment as you move forward into your future.

I want you to leave sessions with a new way of seeing the world and your place in the world. The only thing holding us back is ourselves – once you acknowledge your hopes, dreams and aspirations you can begin the journey of releasing those limitations and setting a true path for you.

MY REIKI JOURNEY

I found reiki, or reiki found me which is the way I like to see it.  I worked in an environment where long hours and stress are part of every day life.  In the past I would spend my time working and doing things for others; always leaving my own needs to last.  At night, I would spend an hour or two staring into darkness trying to fall asleep but my head was overflowing with my next to do list or random thoughts.  I felt as if I was just floating along one day to the next but I knew deep within that something was missing from my life and from me – I now realise that reiki was that ‘something’.

I remember my first session, after another day at the office; I walked into a room which had an air of peace, relaxation and stillness.  I could feel the heat through my body and within moments my mind was blank – an achievement in itself!  I could see colours floating past my eyes and feel movements within my body – I was truly relaxed.  After my first session, my energy levels were boosted and I felt more positive about my life.  After a few additional sessions I decided that reiki was for me and I have never been so sure of anything in my life.  I received my initiation in Reiki Level I, Level III and Level III/Master through Ellen Shilling, Reiki Master and Teacher. 

Reiki provided me with a clear mind which once empty, I could see my divine purpose begin to spread out before me.  I could see the light at the end of the tunnel, and I could see that I was working towards something I could spend my life at.  Reiki gave me the confidence and belief to let me commence my spiritual journey – something I will never forget.

I have furthered my work with Energy Healing by completing the Wynne & Thorp Technique and The Light Grids which are wonderful to work with and to experience. These techniques have made such a difference to my own life that I am delighted to be able to share them with you.

MY COACHING JOURNEY

It’s was my own firsthand experience of coaching that made the light bulb turn on over my head.  My view of the world began to break away at the seams and was replaced with new perspective, hope, expectations and beliefs.  A whole new world was opened up to me as I explored all things related to me and began to realise that you can dare to dream!  That was the start of my new journey which led me to Life Coaching and Reiki. 

For me coaching is not purely about the practicalities of setting goals it also includes looking at the whole package – the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves.  To create profound change, you start within and let the magic unfold. We all possess a great power within ourselves but sometimes we just need to shine a light on it.   

I also have the experience of career change and believe that everything I have done to date has paved the way for me to fulfil my true passion – empowering others to embrace change in their lives, increase their self awareness and to pursue their passions. I believe that by continuing with my own professional and spiritual development then I have more to offer each of my individual client's needs.
