"I'm so delighted that you treat such young children and he took to you straight away (the 'shy' act is just that, an act). I'm amazed he was so calm and relaxed through the process. "I decided to try Reiki out after my friend recommended it to me. A lovely introduction to reiki for a beginner/novice like myself. Sensing energy, the chakras and the aura was explored in a fun way through various body work exercises over the duration of the weekend. Roseleen provided a relaxed and safe learning environment for us to explore, share experiences and ask questions. The manual she supplied each of us with provided an excellent introductory guide to reiki and included all the basics for getting started with self treatments and treatments for family and friends. It also proved a most useful learning tool/reference post the course too. Light Grids

"After a couple of months of constant 'doing' mode and 'busyness', my light points treatment was a much welcomed and badly needed time out to relax and re-charge physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. From start to finish I felt at ease, deeply relaxed, safe and in very experienced and capable hands. I could sense the energy flow of this healing technique in my body during the treatment. For me I felt it strongly down through my arms and legs. I also experienced sensations of hot and cold from Roseleen's hands at certain points on the body too. My solar plexus, heart chakra and throat chakras took a lot of healing during the treatment and this would have tied in a lot with what was going on for me at that time. As the treatment progressed, I had a sense of ebbing deeper and deeper into a profound state of peace which can only be described as 'bliss'. On waking from the treatment, I felt calm, at peace and lighter. On leaving the centre I noticed a heightened sense of awareness, things appeared to be more real/alive/clear. I really enjoyed this treatment and would highly recommend it to anyone who has an interest in body/energy work or who is looking for some time out to nourish themselves and experience a deep sense of relaxation and peace. Roseleen is truly an intuitive and gifted healer and this treatment is definitely worth experiencing." CMN Dublin
